Nowadays a lot of customers used social media to run their daily basis activity, if they want to search someplace to eat, they opened social media, if they want to search some references they opened social media, there because so many users used social media and there must be a lot of idea or things that we can get. Not only that, social media can be a platform for businesses. For example, when they want to buy something they opened social media such as Instagram for example. Not only in E-commerce we can buy some goods but on social media, there are a lot of sellers that sell their products through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and many more.

            There’s a lot of business companies use social media to know what all of the customers want and what the trend that the customer goes through so the customer can interested to get somethings from the company and then the company can increase some profit through that. Not only for the business company, but social media can also be a platform for the company to advertise their company through the ads that are available in all of the social media platforms. Communication between company and customer is really important. Not only effective for the company but really effective for the customer who needed it.

            Companies have witnessed the benefits of reaching their target audience, interacting with them, and creating a community where communication is fluid, engaging, in real-time, and works both ways — enabling a dialogue between organizations and consumers.
