The Key Forces for Change

Nowadays, technology is known as the life aspect that never ever separated from human’s activity. As a human, we need something that is comfort our needs in efficient and effective ways. In this era, technology showed up as the life changer, it helped us in every single angle. There are still many organizations that is not aware to the development of technology in this world, they choose to solve things by manual. Sometimes, it is not about the technology, but it is about human resources that lived their life; how they want to survive life (relied on technology or the manual one). But, we can’t deny that the world is changing upside down, and the only ways to survive is accept and apply technology in our life. Change is the beginning of evolution, and all we need to do is focus into “how” that is means “how we survive the change of technology that is rapidly shifting and agile” and rejected the statement that discuss “why” that is means “why the world is changing so drastic?”. The “how” is very recommended to applied at all the organizations in the world for better part of world’s evolution. There are four core factor that is affected change, which is rapidly shifting competitive, accelerating change, environment, company, and customer need. First, I’m going to describe accelerating change, which make many companies all around the world continually emerge just to replace another old company before, but here technology had a very important roles, which is changing the paradigm and make a new urgency to the process. The value of technology that’s very important at the year of 2000 – present is digitalization, in organizations “digital” is brought them to the new sector, industries, and business style, it is transformed as scale, scope, and pace of change. This means, the responds of organization to the digitalization are very deep, wide, and fundamental. Then, there are rapidly shifting competitive, customer factor and company combinations, which the appearance of balance power between the customer and organization. The organization roles are always wanted to make their consumer become satisfy, and it is very related to customer’s expectation that is became dynamic along with the changing environment. This kind of vision make all the organization compete each other, and this is a very normal thing, because we all want to develop and grow.
