We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioner reports in any of the technical areas listed under Scope & Topics.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard Conference double-column format (the format can be downloaded in this page). Manual Guidebook for Author : Manual Guidebook

A blind-review process will be used to evaluate all submitted papers. Each full registration for the conference will cover a one paper, with opportunity to submit additional paper at reduced rate.

Selection Process

After submission deadline, similarity score of each papers is checked. Due to IEEE policy, paper with high score of similarity score can not be accepted in our conference. Another important process is review process by reviewer. For each papers, minimum of three reviewers are assigned to review. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on reviewers average score and comments.

NOTE : Please be noted that we use double-blind review process, so that author name and affiliation must not written in the paper. This is needed to ensure the fairness of review process.

Non-presented Paper Policy

IEEE and Conference Committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference. Copyright of non-presented papers is still retained by IEEE.
