POTENTIAL AND CHALLENGES USING BIG DATA

The digital era has changed the way we work, interact, and manage information in every aspect of our lives. As technology advances, large organizations around the world are looking to exploit the full potential of  information systems that require managing large amounts of data using big data.

Before delving further into other information systems innovations, it is important to have a basic understanding of what big data means. In general, big data is a collection of data that is so large, diverse in  data sources, and  fast that it cannot be processed using traditional methods and techniques.

Big data also has the potential to provide solutions to a variety of world problems, ranging from social and economic problems to environmental problems.

As used for Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, for example big data can be used to predict the need for public services, so that these services can be provided in a more targeted and efficient manner. Improving the quality of education, for example big data can be used to track student learning progress, so teachers can provide appropriate intervention for students in need. Improving the quality of health, for example big data can be used to detect disease earlier, so that treatment can be carried out more quickly and effectively.

The potential of Big Data in Economic Solutions can be used to increase economic competitiveness.  As used for Increase marketing effectiveness, for example big data can be used to analyze consumer behavior, so that products and services can be marketed more effectively. Increase production efficiency,  for example big data can be used to optimize production processes, so that production costs can be reduced. Increasing innovation, for example big data can be used to identify new trends, so that new products and services can be developed.

The potential of Big Data in Environmental Solutions can be used to overcome environmental problems.  As used for Increasing the efficiency of using natural resources, for example big data can be used to track the use of natural resources, so that their use can be more efficient. Increase the effectiveness of waste management, for example big data can be used to track waste movements, so that waste management can be carried out more effectively. Increase public awareness of the importance of the environment, for example big data can be used to detect environmental violations, so that people can be more aware of the importance of protecting the environment.

Big data not only has the potential to provide solutions to  the worlds problems. Although big data development has great potential, it also faces various challenges, such as  Due to the complexity of technology, big data requires complex and advanced technologies, so their development requires large investments. Securing human resources for big data development requires skilled and experienced human resources, so securing human resources is a challenge in itself. Data security in big data  is an important point to pay attention to since it involves sensitive information.

In conclusion, big data has great potential to provide solutions to various problems in the world. However, the development of big data  also faces various challenges. Overcoming these challenges requires cooperation and cooperation from various stakeholders, including government, the private sector, and society.
