E-Commerce and M-Commerce

E-Commerce and M-Commerce are interconnected with their own ways. E-Commerce is electronic transactions where all activities contained in the transaction such as sales, purchases and payment all use electronics which currently use more internet. When we talk about M-commerce, our mind are aimed at mobile commerce right? Yes, that is mobile commerce. M-Commerce actually is E-commerce but they using mobile application to make it easier for users, because with mobile the users can easy to use it, with mobile the users can access everywhere, anywhere because they don’t need to use the computer to open it.

E-Commerce consists of 3 parts, namely Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C) and Consumer to Consumer (C2C).Business to Business(B2B) is transactions carried out electronically, where the transaction occurs between one business and another, without involving the consumer. Business to Consumer (B2C) is transactions carried out electronically, where the transaction occurs between business and the consumer, without involving another business. Consumer to Consumer (C2C) is transactions carried out electronically, where the transaction occurs between one consumer and others consumer, without involving business.

In a very modern life today, the development of E-Commerce and M-Commerce has also developed very rapidly. Therefore, there is a tight competition. Each E-Commerce must also find ways and ways to survive in the competition. There are various ways that can be done, such as make ads as attractive as possible, hold various programs that can increase user interest, adjust item pricing according to conditions, and measure the progress of our own business with other businesses.

Ads as attractive as possible. advertising is one of the things that is very useful in increasing the attractiveness of customers. Therefore, advertisements must be made as attractive as possible so that customers feel interested in the existing ads, and can provide added value to the business. Hold various programs that can increase user interest. With the many attractive programs offered such as discounts and flash sale, it greatly strengthens customer interest in our business. So we have to work on programs that can increase customer interest in our business rather than other businesses.

Adjust item pricing according to conditions. Prices also determine customer interest. In e commerce and m commerce, we must be able to really consider the price given. Most customers prefer affordable prices and are in accordance with the quality of the goods sold. We need to compare with existing data. that, the pricing of an item can have a good effect.

Measure the progress of our own business with other businesses. the progress of a business is inseparable from other businesses. If a business measures their level of achievement, they use other businesses more as the scale of measuring their business and include the vision and mission of their business. With that, a business always wants to be different from other businesses so improve the quality of the business.
