Registration Fee

Registration is required for all participants of ICIMTech 2024 Conference. Select the appropriate registration fee for your registration. The registration fee is breakdown into :

* Special Price for Binusian and ICIMTech’s Reviewer, please contact finance.icimtech@binus.ac.id for further information.

• Only one speaker is eligible to present for each paper. The additional presenter will be subject to an additional presenter fee
• Speaker Student applies for Active Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students. Please attach your copy of your Student ID during the Registration Process.
• The IEEE Member category applies to presenters who are active IEEE members
• Registration includes the following:
  • Admission to all technical sessions;
  • One electronic copy of the conference proceeding (soft copy)
  • Meals and Souvenirs (onsite only)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. The registration covers the cost of 1 author and 1 paper; any additional papers must be separately registered as a new paper. Additional authors who aren’t presenting at the conference must register as a “Non-Speaker” to attend. Anyone other than the presenter of accepted papers can attend the conference and register as a “Non-Speaker”.

ICIMTech 2024 will be held on 28th – 29th August 2024 at Bali, Indonesia, we will have presentations from authors of accepted papers, keynote speakers, and industries.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

There is no refund for the cancelation of all ICIMTech-related payment
