Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures and references) in standard Conference double-column format (the format can be downloaded in this page). After the submission deadline, the similarity score of each paper is checked. Paper with a high score of similarity score can not be accepted in our conference. Another important process is the review process by the reviewer. For each paper, a minimum of three reviewers are assigned to review. The decision of a paper acceptance is based on the reviewer’s average score and comments.
Paper Limit
One person cannot submit more than 5 papers as an author or co-author.
Conference Policy
Papers that are accepted and presented on ICIMTech 2024 will be submitted for inclusion publication in the IEEEXplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distributions after the conference, including IEEEXplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference and not meeting the IEEE Criteria
NOTE : Please be noted that we use double-blind review process, so that author name and affiliation must not written in the Submission paper. This is needed to ensure the fairness of review process.
Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text :
The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in a paper (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any paper submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the paper that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content. The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure as noted above is recommended.
