Registration Fee

Registration is required for all accepted papers of the ICIMTech 2026 Conference. Select the appropriate registration fee for your registration. The registration fee is broken down into :

* Special Price for BINUS Faculty Member, IEEE Member, and ICIMTech’s Reviewer. Please contact finance.icimtech@binus.ac.id for further information.

• Only one speaker is eligible to present for each paper. The additional presenter will incur an additional presenter fee.
• Speaker Student applies for Active Undergraduate and Graduate Students. Please attach a copy of your Student ID during the Registration Process.
• The IEEE Member category applies to presenters who are active IEEE members
• Registration includes the following:
  • Admission to all technical sessions;
  • One electronic copy of the conference proceedings (soft copy)
  • Meals and Souvenirs (onsite only)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. The registration covers 1 author and 1 paper; any additional papers must be registered separately as new papers. Additional authors who aren’t presenting at the conference must register as a “Non-Speaker” to attend. Anyone other than the presenter of accepted papers can attend the conference and register as a “Non-Speaker”.

ICIMTech 2026 will be held from 19th to 20th August 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia. We will have presentations from authors of accepted papers, keynote speakers, and industry representatives.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

There is no refund for the cancellation of all ICIMTech-related payments.
