AI Changing How CRM Work

CRM has been tool to help company managing their relationship with their customer or potential customer. But with new popular technology called AI stand for Artificial Intelligence CRM become more effective and cost less for company budget. But are CRM that manage by AI worth for the future of company ? how it will be game changer for the future of CRM ? I will explain it below.

“It [AI] would take off on its own and redesign itself at an ever increasing rate. Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn’t compete and would be superseded” -Stephen Hawking

Like what Stephen Hawking said AI could evolve by itself, and they can work for 24 hours, unlike human that need to rest for 6-8 hours a day. So how AI work without rest can make them evolve to become super intelligence artificial being. Also AI is immortal as long as internet and computer exist AI will never dead so they can work for 24 hours without rest and can be survive from human generation to generation. No need to rest, never forgetting experience and immortal life make AI become so powerful and skilled CRM for the future of company.

How AI will cost less for company budget is, they don’t need to be paid monthly. In our generation now, developing AI for CRM can be peak the company budget but after the development process complete the company don’t need to spend money for AI development again, because unlike the software or application, AI can learn everything by itself. As long as AI work they will gain more experience and became better day by day. So with this ability AI can be cheaper for long term company budget.

How AI will be game changer for CRM in the future ? unlike the traditional CRM that needs human to do it. Let’s use customer service as example, we need to wait for few minutes to communicate with human customer service if all of them were busy. But with the power of AI, they can serve all customer at the same time without being busy and can collect all information about customer complain without missing a single word. With this ability the company can collect data better than using human who need to record the conversation with customer and analyze it by itself. So even business analyst process can be affected with AI as CRM.

So that’s all my article about how AI can change how CRM work in the future. The conclusion is AI is a great technology for the future CRM because they can work for 24 hours, live forever (immortal), getting smart everyday and never lose information but the cons about this concept is job for human will be less when every job already replaced by AI
