Author Pages
We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioner reports in any of the technical areas listed under Scope & Topics.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures, and references) in the standard Conference double-column format (available for download on this page). Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission or Online Submission. Online Submission Website: Paper Submission.
All submitted papers will be evaluated using a double-blind review process. Each complete registration for the conference will cover one paper.
Preparation of Contributions
Use the following files to prepare your contributions:
- 2026 ICIMTech First Submission Template (Please Remove all Authors’ Information)
- 2026 ICIMTech Camera Ready Template
- Author Guide
- Please take note that the author’s composition cannot be changed. Once the submission process is completed, neither the author’s name nor their composition can be altered.
- Our policy sets a maximum limit of 20% without acknowledgement. The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in a paper (including but not limited to text, figures, images, code, editing and grammar enhancement) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE publication.
- The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud service as well as for software development and support.
Selection Process
After the submission deadline, each paper’s similarity score is checked. Papers with a high similarity score can not be accepted in our conference. Another important process is the review process by the reviewer. For each paper, a minimum of three reviewers are assigned to review it. The decision to accept a paper is based on the reviewer’s average score and comments. Paper Limit
One person cannot submit more than five papers as an author or co-author.
Conference Policy
Papers that are accepted and presented at ICIMTech 2024 will be submitted for inclusion in publication in the IEEEXplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distributions after the conference, including IEEEXplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference and does not meet the IEEE Criteria.
NOTE: Please note that we use a double-blind review process, so the author’s name and affiliation must not be written in the Submission paper. This is needed to ensure the fairness of the review process.
Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Generated Text
Our policy sets a maximum limit of 20% without acknowledgement. The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in a paper (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the paper that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content. The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is a common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure, as noted above, is recommended.
